Almost There
I'm at the final stage of the Revolent Group 10 Week boot camp, I have two Certifications and just completed Basecamp Not-For-Profit week. We were assigned the Continence Foundation of Australia to help them maximise there Salesforce instance. We were given a brief with a list of issue they would like to be fixed. My team selected the most complicated but most impactful option the helpline.
First stage was scoping the project which meant a video call with the operations manager, who was fantastic and helpful. After our initial meeting we went away and analysed the problem, we had a good start but many questions raised. We created user stories and went back to the client to verify the stories and with more questions. From there we were able to finalise the user stories and start on the solutions document. the solution took the most amount of time but we got it done and checked in with the client prior to presentation. The end result was a very happy client who will take our solution and apply it in the organisation. This was a great result for everyone.
Just when i thought presentations were over we now need to prepare for a sharktank scenario where we need to present our solutions to a group of Salesforce Consultants in a competition which should prove to be interesting.
Next will be placement, I have an interview tomorrow and will be working on some superbadges once the sharktank is over. Most exciting is Friday when we graduate from the boot camp but only after another presentation to the team about my experience.
Watch this space to follow my journey from here ;)
